Humboldt North Coast Land Trust P.O. Box 457 Trinidad, CA 95570 Website: www.hnclt.org Trinidad citizens formed the Humboldt Land Trust in 1976. It is a local non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the natural beauty and character of the coastal area near Trinidad. Currently it holds 50 acres of coastal bluffs and beaches in the Trinidad area including: Bruno Groth Grove, Baker Beach, North Luffenholtz Beach, Houda Point, Pilot Point, Moonstone Beach easement, and Saunders’ Park in Trinidad.
Trinidad Civic Club P.O. Box 285 Trinidad, CA 95570-0285 Time of Operation: Meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of the month The Trinidad Civic Club is dedicated to service to the community. Among its many accomplishments are building and refurbishing the Town Hall kitchen, building and maintaining the Memorial Lighthouse, donating land for the new Library building, and providing scholarships and awards for local children
Trinidad Lions Club Trinidad, CA 95570 Time of Operation: Business meetings on 1st Monday of the month at 7:30pm. Dinner meetings on 4th Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm. Both at Town Hall Civic Room. Pancake Breakfast is held the last Sunday of every month except Nov and Dec. The Trinidad Lions Club provides services to the local community including Food Pantry and Meals for Seniors, White Cane Day, vision and hearing exams for the needy, youth and school programs including Veterans, Essay contest, Trinidad Snack Program, sponsors of local soccer, Little League, Easter egg hunt.
